We make sure each stylist is matched to your style preferences, because there’s nothing worse than a stylist trying to impose their taste on a client! We make sure they guide you to elevate your style, but never insist on you trying pieces you’ll never wear. Then, we make sure they understand body-shape. It’s a science. And having a stylist who understands your body-shape will make you look and feel incredible. So we test their knowledge before ever letting them loose on your edit. When a client feels like they’re working well with a stylist, we keep you matched. If it doesn’t seem to be working, we find a new stylist to work with you on your next edit.

From across the luxury secondary market, from archive runway to this season. Every piece is preowned, quality checked and authenticated. We cover the cost of shipping, so your pieces can come from a number of different places, and you don’t pay for the shipping - or returns!

Membership starts at just £10 a month.

You can choose a one-off box, that’s commitment free.

Or a regular box every 3 months, which costs £40. If you pay for 4 edits across the year upfront, that’s only £10 a month, so £120 for a year of styling and preowned luxury picks.

The VIP package is £275 for a year of styling and handpicked preowned pieces.

Compared to a personal stylist direct, this is an incredibly affordable option, so everyone can have a stylist now!

How do we manage it? Because we never mark up any of the items we send you, but we do agree a trade discount of up to 20% from our retail partners, so we cover the cost of shipping and returns and your styling from that.

So that means you only pay for the pieces you decide to keep. Regardless of how many different stores we sourced from, or how regularly - or irregularly - you get styled by us.

No, you can get a one-off edit. Naturally, it’s a little cheaper when you subscribe to a regular edit (every 3 months). But if commitment makes you come out in hives - we get it! Just get a one-off edit to see if you like it enough to stick around.

Absolutely! Our retail partners all have authenticators in-house, and may also use Entrupy technology. We only source from sellers that either have authenticators, or private sellers that can provide authentication proof on all items. We only source the real deal.

Yes, you can. Once you do your quiz, you can find your own personalised store. Our stylists sometimes source from this store for you (although they also source from private sellers and stores not on the platform too).

You can also use your store as a way of telling your stylist what you like, and what you don’t, by hearting or dismissing items listed there, which your stylist will study when she’s curating an edit for you.
